How listing works

You describe the problem, not the product
The form asks what fire service problem your technology solves, and how, in plain operational language. Marketing copy gets edited or sent back. This is the part most submissions have to rewrite.

A person reads it
Every submission is reviewed for completeness and clarity before publication. Review is not endorsement, and that distinction is stated on every page of this site.

You appear under the problems you solve
Listings surface inside the operational problems they address, not in an alphabetical directory. A chief finds you because they have your problem, not because they searched your category.
